Everyday habits

A little structure for the things you do every day.

Free includes one rotating daily habit. Plus brings meals, sleep, and movement together in a complete daily plan and weekly rhythm.

Meals

Less time deciding what to serve

Find meal ideas shaped by your family’s confirmed region, preferences, allergens, and restrictions. Allergy filters stay in place.

Sleep

Make bedtime a familiar routine

Keep a bedtime plan and ordinary local reminders on your iPhone. Routine check-ins are not measured sleep; sleep reminders do not use AlarmKit.

Movement

Make room for everyday movement

Use a timer or manual log. KidCurve Plus offers optional on-device counting for jumping jacks, with the result confirmed by a parent. No pose coaching or height guarantees.

Camera frames are not recorded or uploaded. On supported iOS 26 or later, a parent-started movement timer can use AlarmKit; otherwise the in-app timer continues. Meal, sleep, and movement reminders stay local and use no APNs.

Start with one scheduled task, then decide what is next.

01 · Record growth

A record is more useful when it has context

Save height and weight with the date and units. Browse the long-term growth overview, then tap a recorded point to see every original measurement for that age year. WHO and CDC reference charts appear only when the child's confirmed standard supports them. Original measurements stay unchanged.

Keep the date and units with each measurement.

How to read growth charts and yearly records

See the record, then decide what to keep

The free weekly summary brings recent records and routine progress together without turning them into a health score. Plus PDF and measurement CSV exports can go with you to a visit.

Review records and planned progress without treating them as a health conclusion.

Frequently asked questions

Where are family records stored? Are they uploaded?

Records stay on the iPhone by default. KidCurve 1.0 does not upload child records or use advertising tracking.

Can a growth chart predict adult height?

No. A chart records past measurements and reference context. It does not predict or guarantee final adult height.
