Do not include child records
Email does not automatically attach child records, full names, dates of birth, photos, health information, camera frames, or a device identifier. Do not send those items unless support has explained a safe, necessary way to do so.
Exercise counting, daily reminders, and movement timers
Optional exercise counting processes camera frames on the iPhone without recording or uploading them. Daily reminders are local, use generic household copy, and use no APNs. They can be edited or disabled from Today, and notification or camera access can be withdrawn in iOS Settings. On supported iOS 26 or later devices, AlarmKit is used only for a movement timer the parent starts; denial, unsupported systems, or scheduling failure uses the in-app timer, and sleep remains an ordinary local notification. KidCurve does not track these actions.
Purchase help
For an Apple purchase, include the product name and the general issue. Do not send payment-card information. Apple manages billing, subscriptions, cancellation, and refund decisions under its own policies. KidCurve is currently preparing its public App Store release.
